What is Co-Leadership™?

Services designed to help you keep your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground.

In short, Co-Leadership is a 6 to 12 month program that serves to grow your business by a minimum of 20%.

Co-Leadership works at the intersection of business coaching, operations consulting, and leadership development.

Unlike many executive coaches who lean into high level guidance and stay away from the nitty gritty, Co-Leadership will hold you firmly accountable to the goals you set - big or small!

Unlike many consultants who tell you what to do, Co-Leadership partners with you to collaborate in depth on what is best for you and your company.

Unlike leadership development elsewhere, we know you need more than just a podcast, a good book, or a 2-day seminar to truly envelop the skills needed to become successful in leadership.

If you need the Co-Leadership program until retirement - we have failed you. That is what sets us apart. Many executive coaches, consultants and even leadership developers hope to continually be needed by you until your retirement. In good conscience, however, we do not feel that we have done right by you if we hold back your development just for our long term financial gains. Our process develops you into an independent, successful, profitable business leader for years beyond our working relationship.

We are confident in our services results. As such, our business model depends on your referral not your long term need for our services. We only accept clients that have been referred to our business by a previous client or their franchisor.

We currently have a waiting list for our Co-Leadership services. Apply today to ensure you are on the list.

Feedback after one of our client’s initial sessions:

I truly appreciate the non-sugar coated approach. It allowed us to get so much done rather than talk around the issues. I liked how you kept focused. We had a lot of ground to cover and we were able to cover it because we stayed on task. But we didn't rush through anything either. I felt like each task got the time and attention it needed. I loved the direct answers. I got SO MUCH out of our time together. I was energized by it and couldn't wait to get started on my homework.

Jan, Business Performance Advisor - Home Instead Inc.

During her time at Home Instead, Emily participated in the General Manager Forum - a carefully curated think-tank of operations managers representing many of the top franchises in the Home Instead network. When Emily shared ideas, the group was always eager to learn what she had to contribute. Her approach showed she clearly enjoys developing a team and helping others realize their strengths and potential. She is goal-driven and specific when solving problems and has excellent coaching skills. Emily and her influence on your team would definitely be an asset.

Kelsey, Executive Director - Nashville, TN

She has told me so many times that the greatest joy of her job is investing in other people. That no doubt has taken much of her time and has offered me something that no other leader has-inspiration within myself. There is a difference between inspiring someone and enabling someone to inspire others. I have never experienced the latter until under Emily’s leadership and I am a better leader now because of it. Emily has also taught me the incredible importance of having a plan. In the past, I have struggled with time management and often thought that there were just not enough hours in the day to do what I needed to do. I fell into a victim mindset. Emily challenged that it may be that I was not putting my time in the right places. She pointed out that we all have the same 24 hours in a day. I started dedicating my time to creating a plan for the month, the week, and each day like she taught me. This has allowed me to prioritize, stay focused, and delegate when necessary. Now I feel like I run my day instead of letting my day run me. It continues to be beyond me that what seems so simple in hindsight, took me 15 years of professional experience to learn and I credit that to Emily’s leadership. Emily is a high caliber leader and it is guaranteed that she will be fully invested in you.

Emily H, South Central, KY

An intuitive leader, Emily encourages the development of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. She takes that intuition and accompanies it with clear direction, solid strategy, and good old fashioned hard work. Above all else, Emily is genuine, wise, and pleasant. She is a joy to work with and faces every challenge with determination, strength, and an open mind.

Mollie, Owner - Louisville, KY

Emily is an impactful leader with effective communication skills, and she is someone with the ability to quickly identify a roadblock, while strategically formulating a successful solution. Emily’s empathetic nature enables her to approach situations from a variety of perspectives, and she has the keen talent of identifying and understanding the motivations of others. Emily is an asset to any organization she is affiliated with and I will recommend her time and time again. Not only for her deep desire to help others, her goal-setting mentality and her constant vision for success but especially for how much she has helped me and my company.

Jessica, Chief Operating Officer - Charlotte, NC

I felt Emily’s tenacious nature would be a great push for me to overcome my fear. Yes, she held me accountable but what I expected was a drill sergeant and instead I got a coach. I really got to know Emily through this process and learned that Emily is a “softy” at heart and extremely dedicated to her friends, colleagues, and family. She will celebrate the wins with you and cry with you during the losses. I would have never completed that half marathon without her support.

Samantha P, Corporate Recruiter - Franklin, TN

Emily makes vision a reality regardless of how big or small. She’s like a walking book. Instead of leaving footprints, she creates a pathway. She’s a true inspiration for any industry. I use Emily’s leadership tactics daily and encourage anyone looking to maximize their skills to have her by their side.

Jennifer, Account Specialist- Bowling Green, KY

Emily is a strong woman with amazing leadership skills. Accountability played a large part in our relationship during the beginning. She is a true professional in every sense of the word, while continuing to be empathetic to other’s feelings and personal situations. This is what makes Emily great.

Jason, Entrepreneur - Huntsville, AL

When we first met, I was immediately impressed with Emily, but during the time worked together, her understanding of managing and running a business grew far more impressive. If you are looking for someone to consult with regarding a high paced office with a large volume of employees, Emily needs to be your top choice.

Matt, Learning & Development Manager - Omaha, NE

Where Emily excels most is in her emotional intelligence. She understands people and how to get them to move. She has the ability to influence people in a way that shows genuine concern for them and has their best interest in mind. She develops people and helps them grow into the person they want to be.

Carter, Financial Representative - South Central, KY

Emily displayed consistency, positivity, efficacy, and a purpose-driven mentality. I experienced growth both professionally and personally due to my time spent with Emily.
